How do I use it?

Take one capsule a day with plenty of liquid after food.

 

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition please consult your doctor before using this product. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not take this product with other products containing green tea. Do not consume more than 800mg EGCG daily, this product contains 9mg of EGCG per daily intake. This product contains caffeine (0.064mg per capsule). Total dietary intake (from foods and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3g/day. If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication, seek medical advice before taking the product. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken.
