Subscription FAQs

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes! To do so, log in to your Wassen account. Here you can view and manage all of your active subscriptions. You can pause, edit or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes can be made to your subscription up until the cut off point of 4pm the day before the order is due to be dispatched.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. To cancel your subscription log in to your Wassen account, select the subscription, then click Cancel Subscription. Changes can be made to your subscription up until the cut off point of 4pm the day before the order is due to be dispatched. 

 

If you cancel your subscription after the cut off point unfortunately the order may still go through & cannot be refunded.

Can I skip an order for a month?

Yes. To skip an order, log into your Wassen account, select the subscription, then click Skip Order on the next order due.

Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

To pause your subscription, simply log into your Wassen account, select the subscription, then click Pause. You can then restart your subscription any time by logging in and un-pausing.

How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment method, log in to your Wassen account, select the subscription, then click Update under the Payment Method section. 

How do I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address, log in to your Wassen account, select the subscription, then click Edit under the Shipping Address section. 

How do I reactivate my subscription?
