Amending Your Order
If you need to amend your order, for example change the address or items ordered, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the order is fulfilled and locked for shipping it cannot be amended.
Our office opening hours are:
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Our policy is to ship one single package per order received, however if you place an order for large quantities and would prefer several smaller packages to be shipped then we will need to be notified of this at the time you place your order. You will need to arrange your own shipment for these packages and this will be at your own cost.
Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our product(s) you purchase, we offer a full 'no quibble’ refund or exchange policy.
Our policy means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date you received the item, unopened and in its original packaging.
If you would like to make a return:
1. Contact us to let us know that you would like to make a return. Please quote your order reference number.
2. Send the items to the below address, unopened and in its original packaging. Please enclose a note inside the package with your order reference number and the reason for the return.

3. Once we have received the items we will process the refund. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The amount will appear back in your account within 5-10 working days of the refund being initiated.
Product Subscriptions
If you need to make any changes to your subscription then you can log into your Wassen account to pause deliveries or update you subscription details.
With all subscription orders we require notice to cancel as they ship automatically at the chosen subscription frequency. You can edit or cancel orders up until our cut-off time, which is 4pm GMT (Monday to Friday) the day before your order is due to be dispatched. Once a subscription has been triggered it passes for immediate dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, then we will be unable to cancel the delivery or issue a refund.
Statutory Rights (Applies to UK Customers only)
Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the items delivery to you.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please contact us at info@wassen.com stating 'Contract Cancellation’ as your reason for the return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned within the 7 working days. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note, that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge, if applicable.
