How do I use it?

Selenium ACE+D:

Take one tablet a day with plenty of liquid after food. Selenium ACE+D is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and older.

 

This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take it if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or an antenatal clinic. If you are breastfeeding, taking any medication or have an existing health condition you must consult your doctor before using this product. 

 

Magnesium-B: 

Take one tablet daily with plenty of liquid after food. Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and older.
