A great way to prep the night before for a healthy start to your day.
- 1 large apple grated (about 1 cup grated apple)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A tablespoon of plain yoghurt
- ¾ cup unsweetened oat milk or other milk of your choosing
Method:
- Grating the apple
- Layering it into a jar with the oats, chia, cinnamon, yoghurt, and plant-based milk
- Stirring it up
- Leave it overnight in the fridge
- ENJOY!
